  how to find my ftp credentials. since I am a visually impaired, so I don’t want to see any photos in the help answers

  You don’t have FTP access on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan. Why do you need FTP access?

  Yes, but what do you need ftp access for as it could be done different.

  thanks, then I will upgrade to it.
  why do I need ftp credentials?
  it’s simple. I want to connect it with a ftp client, and want to modify quickly for every work on my site. doing works from the browser took too long since the internet connection is very slow in my country

  That’s not how wordpress.com works. Content isn’t stored in files but in a database and you don’t have direct access to that database.
  Changing and adding content must be done using our interface.

  Hi @yarzarminkhant39 perhaps you can clarify what you are needing FTP access for?

  
  @staartmees is correct that to have that ability you need to upgrade but I wonder if this is necessary or not. If you can tell us more about why you are needing FTP it may help us to answer, thanks
