ftp credentials

  Hi, I have an admin user account at the above website with username badr.fethi and e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff). The website is down and I need to fix it, but I forgot setting my ftp client up first and now I forgot to store my ftp credentials. I can’t connect to my website with the ftp client. Could you guys help me out.
