FTP Credentials
-
Hello,
I am trying to access my site via file transfer protocol service (FTP) and in order to do so I would need my FTP credentials for my suncoastnanotech.com website. Is there any way you can help?
Kind Regards,
Edward

There is no FTP access to sites hosted by wordpress.COM https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and there is no upgrade that changes that reality.

This is a wordpress.COM hosted site http://suncoastnanotech.com/
If you think you need FTP access to a site then you can hire a web host and move your content and domain to a self-hosted WordPress.com site. This guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform: Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
