  Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on ui-dns.com. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. I’m not familiar with their service or whether they even offer support to their customers. Note ver web host does.

  For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
