  I cannot log in via FTP? I used the same user name and password that I use with the site, is this correct?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We do not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPress.com blogs. Please see the information here

  O.K : ( . I was trying to build the WordPress ticketing system. It keeps telling me to enter or change the .php code. I found this on one of your themes ages ago!! How do i go about hosting a WordPress site privately?
