  How do I get FTP / MYSQL access details for my site?

  Hi! We do not have FTP or database access to our WordPress.COM blogs. If you want to manage your files, you can do so with the options discussed here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  If you want to export your site, you can do so by following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Those with FTP and MySQL of access to their sites are the ones who use WordPress.ORG. You can read about the difference here: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
