  I had problems with my computer and I lost the FTP server address, user name, directory/path, and protocol information for my account. Where do I find the correct information?

  You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. We don’t provide users with FTP access information, it sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress(.org) blog and you are looking to regain access to that one.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
