  Hi there, do you offer phone chat service? As I would prefer to chat to someone over the phone about my request.

  WordPress.com does not currently support phone support. However, If you have a WordPress.com plan, you will have access to priority Live Chat support at no extra cost: https://wordpress.com/support/live-chat/
