FTP upload my website

  I want to know if wordpress allows FTP upload of my website pages. I have the free account, but all the instructions to create web pages direct you to the wordpress web builder. My website is already on sitespinner and I want to do an FTP upload. Is that possible with the paid plans?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are not given FTP access to the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here. This is only available with the WordPress.org self-hosted version of WordPress.

  You could move your blog by exporting the content:

  If that isn’t what you are wanting to do, you could consider self-hosted WordPress.org site where you have FTP access and can upload your own plugins and themes:
