  Now I have a problem with theme, I do not satisfied with all free theme in wordpress.com, So I have a personal theme and I want to use it as my blog, But I now can’t install it by myself,

  It’s not possible to upload custom themes here at WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs that use the free WordPress software.
