ftp user account to install plugin

  HI customer support center
  I got wordpress account at evantamle.wordpress.com
  Could you please give me a support on ftp username and password.
  So i can access via ftp and upload my plugin data.
  Anyway, i can not also add new plugin on wordpress site.

  I am looking forward to hear your support on this.
