  There is no FTP access to any WordPress.COM blogs. We cannot uploading any plugin or third party themes.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   I have WordPress.com and GoDaddy Hosting with Manage WordPress. Before it will let me move my site to the Manage WordPress. It’s asking me for the FTP Username and Password. Is there anyway I can get this?
