ftp username and password for filezilla

I would however require the FTP username and password. How do I go about obtaining this information?

I would like to configure my custom email to my current domain at physiqu3.com.
However I am having trouble doing so. The custom email is via domains.live.com

Hi there – can you please ask support at domains.live.com for the exact MX and other DNS records that need to be entered on our end to make your email work? Then I can help you format and enter them here. Add Email through other providers

DNS record type: MX
Host: physiqu3.com
MX server: e69e331897d2459fa2472a74665de0.pamx1.hotmail.com
TTL: 3600 or 1 hour
