Fulfill the "follow me" banner on a page

  follow me banner

  Hello,
  I’ve got the “Adventure” theme which is great but On the Home page, there’s a follow me which must be normally used to click on it and have lin to twitter, Facebook and other contacts.
  However i don’t know how I can put my contacts in it. Can you help me please?

  I found a solution. The banner can we simply with customize choosen and then fulfill the form with theme.
