Full backup file needed….

    I need to ask you to provide me the full backup of my website media and all and provide me with the direct download link of it so I can get it to my new provider and they can download and get it installed on my new website. Please don’t try to sell me the premium or upgrade, I just need this file. Thank you for your understanding and have a great day. I look forward to hearing from you soon

    Hi –

    The media can be downloaded individually as images, sorted in to one folder, and shared. This would be a manual process on your end, it’s not something that we can do for you.

    Otherwise, create a site export. The actual images aren’t included but you can upload the export to your new site.
