full frame slider home page
-
I’ve tried to search for help on this but no luck. I’d really like to have a slider on my home page. I currently have one photo as my header image and then a little blurb underneath it. I’d prefer if that photo was a slider. Any help would be appreciated…I’m completely lost!
Also the area that have a little blurb written is a black box that overlaps my photo. Any idea how to get rid of that?

Understand that you cannot add a slider to any theme that is not coded to have one in the first place. The way your theme is designed is depicted here on the live demo site https://fullframedemo.wordpress.com/
Every blog wearing the same theme here used the same underlying template found on the relevant live demo site for the theme. That template cannot be accessed and edited. CSS editing: Custom design – Frequently Asked Questions

Full Frame doesn’t have a slider built in, but you could add a slideshow by creating a gallery and setting the format to a slideshow.

You can eliminate the cutout effect by adding this custom CSS:
.single .entry-inner, body.page .entry-inner, body.search .entry-wrap { margin: 0 auto 2em; }If you need further CSS help, please feel free to post in our CSS Customization forum.
