Full justification
-
How can I take off full justification and just have left-hand justification? Please be specific as I am not very tech savvy. An answer to a previous question instructed “,entry(text-align left)” but I have no idea what that means or how to do it. Thanks.

You should change themes. Some themes do this, including Kubrick. Just pick a different theme.

raincoaster and husdal: Thank you for trying to help.
raincoaster: I have Kubrick but no luck.
husdal: I tried the left-hand justification button. I have a poetry blog. When the blog senses a return, it double spaces before the next line. What I want to do is have a single space between lines and a double space between stanzas. I highlighted the poem, hit the left-hand justification button, then nulified the return so that the line below continues on the line above. I then spaced until the 2d line returned to line below. (Is this making any sense?) But when I posted it, the full justification was still there, spreading the words across the line with large spaces between each word. I then tried just hitting return but the line double-spaced below. Another approach would be to delete the automatic double space after a return but I don’t know how to do that either. If you like, you can check my blog at mypoetrythatrhymes.wordpress.com to see what I’m talking about. Any other ideas? Thanx -
To avoid the double space, instead of hitting Return on your keyboard, do SHIFT (hold key) + Return.
