Full personal and premium refound

    Hi,
    I created my site with WordPress starting with the version “personal”, not having enough features, the same day I switched to the top version “premium”
    The premium version does not satisfy me either, so I canceled the subscription because under conditions it is noted that the subscription is refunded within 30 days.
    After checking, it was not refunded that the difference with the premium version. How do I get a full refund given that I no longer have access to paid features, which they have been debited to my bank account?

    vmguadeloupe – I’ll be happy to help take care of this. I see that on 2017-04-12 we refunded €63.12. I have just processed the remaining €35.88 completing a full refund.

    The funds should reach you in about ten days. International refunds can take a bit longer though, and you’re bank should be able to help you determine when to expect the funds. They’ll also be able to tell you how the refund is going to appear in your statement.
