Full posts showing on the frontpage

  ….and its really irritating. I’d like the frontpage just to show a coupla sentences from the post with the “Read more” link to the full post. How do I do this. I know it should be easy but cant find how to do it.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  sorry, did another search and found the answer (did about 3 or 4 different ones with no luck before)
