  Hi i bought 1 year bundle for a student class work and after that im not gonna use it and you guys take my money automatically from my account and i just realized, i need to return that money cause is not mine, PLEASE I need my money back ASAP how can i do?

  We received a chargeback on your blog. A chargeback occurs when you contest a payment via your bank, credit card company, or PayPal, instead of canceling your purchase through WordPress.com. When this happens, the transaction is reported as unauthorized or fraudulent, and we are fined $20 by our payment processor for each occurrence. You can also visit wpchrg.com for more information on chargebacks.

  If you would like to restore these items to your site and continue using your blog, please let me know, and I can send over a manual payment request.

  However, it sounds like you no longer want this upgrade. In that case, the wheels are already turning to return the money to your account. Once a chargeback has been issued, the funds will be reissued to your account from your banking institution or through PayPal. We have no control over how quickly this happens.

  As a result of the chargeback, your blog has been flagged. Posting, editing existing posts, and changing blog options are disabled. If you would like to just regain the functionality of your blog (without the additional features), you can just pay the $20 to cover the chargeback fine.

  In the future, please communicate directly with WordPress.com for all upgrade refunds and cancellations. We’re always happy to issue a refund and remove the upgrade from your account! It looks like you were previously in touch with Shawna here, but didn’t reply back with a confirmation:

  I was able to confirm that the chargeback has been cancelled. I’m in the process of issuing a refund. I’ll let you know as soon as that is completed.

  Regarding your blog, I have removed the flag so you should be able to access and post to trapochon007.wordpress.com. Please note, the upgrades will not be restored to your account as a full refund is being given.
