  Hi, I cancel my account and delete the mapping URL, then make a refund on the site. However, it showed that only partial refund is made. Please help me to make a full refund if possible, thank you.

  I have had a similar experience where I requested a refund within 10 minutes of my purchase and I have not heard back from anyone. I have sent three requests with no response. I received a receipt the following day confirming my purchase, but nothing confirming my refund. Please help. Thank you in advance..
