  Why have I only received a partial refund of $95 and not a full refund of $129 (when I only purchased a couple of hours ago)

  Did you use the domain credit to register or map a custom domain? If so, that may account for the difference. Newly registered domains can only be refunded within 48 hours of purchase.

  If you intend on using that domain do not cancel it as it may not be possible to register it somewhere else. If you wish to use it on a different web hosting service, you can change your domain name servers to point to your new hosting.

  Yes I would like a full refund please. I am still trying to work out how to change the domain name in case I wish to use it again down track and cannot work out how? I’ve added a domain but when I go to delete account it still saying that the site name is the old one. Can you help me out with this?
