  I think I may have sent you a message, but I wanted to make sure it got to the right people.
  I realized I made a mistake in purchasing the a plan and would like a refund. I think I already started the process but I might be having trouble in getting starting the ‘2nd part’ in getting a refund in the domain registration.

  Hello,

  I’m going to tag this thread for staff to take a look. In the future, you can do this by adding “modlook” to the text box for tags to the right of this thread.

  In the meantime, just FYI, plan registration can be refunded for up to 30 days after purchase, new domain registrations are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase, read more on refunds here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  I might be having trouble in getting starting the ‘2nd part’ in getting a refund in the domain registration.

  I’ve just refunded the domain costs and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  It usually takes 7-14 days for the refund to be processed and show in your account.
