  How do I get a full refund? I just bought a personal plan for wordpress.com but needed to get wordpress.org as I have already purchased a theme…..

  Hi rhiawoods,

  If you are within the refund period(30 days from the day of purchase), head to your Manage Purchases page. Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  Your plan has been fully refunded and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
