Full refund?

  Hello

  I just been charged £30 for a yearly subscription. I dont use this website and quite frankly I forgot about it existence. I cancelled it all today but it says i will only get £8 refund? Why is that? I don’t require this blog and i am not going to use it next year. I would like a full refund?

  Do you have any plans to maintain ownership of, or use the domain again in the future? Once unboreday.com is cancelled it could be impossible for you to regain ownership.

  Thanks @k4ttyw, we were able to refund the rest. Just note the domain name will not be released for repurchase anytime soon. Cheers!
