  I purchased a domain and premium subscription through wordpress on May 28, 2018. I quickly realized that it would not offer me what I needed and I cancelled the domain registration and subscription the same day (within 48 hours). However, I have only been refunded $34 of the $60 I paid. How do I get my full refund?

  Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  Hi @rachchild, not sure what happened, but the remaining $26, which was for the domain, domain mapping and private registration was not refunded. I’ve refunded that now and you should see the coming through in a day or three.
