  Kindly assist me for a refund with deductions made by Worpress on my account as I never use the site which you made me pay. Thank you. I am happy to send a copy of my bank’s billing statement. It was made on July 31 t9 August 3 WordPress [redacted by staff]. Thank you for your help. God Bless!

  We do not offer pro-rated refunds on WordPress.com if you cancel or downgrade a plan outside of the 30 day refund period.

  We only provide a full refund for plans cancelled within the refund period.
