FULL REFUND

Payment of PHP7,512.00 were deducted in my credit card on August 03, 2020. I never subscribed to an amount such as big as thousands. I haven’t used any subsription anyways so I don’t see any point for me to pay for something not worth my hard eraned money, kindly refer to trasaction details:

The charge you mentioned is for Personal plan and domain registration for
geobamboo.com. Does that sound familiar?You should be able to access the correct account and manage your purchases from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Please note that the refund window for all paid plans is 30 days (and 96h) for domains so you won’t be able to get a refund for that purchase anymore but you’ll be able to disable auto-renewal.If you don’t remember the credentials to log into the account in question, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form:
