Full refund

    Hi, the day I purchased the website I tried to cancel and receive a refund, however, the computer would not let me submit. It kept sending me to a white blank page. I tried again a few days on my cellphone, the same thing happened. Today is the only day I was able to successfully complete closing and refunding my account, however, I am being charged $18 still. I would like a 100% refund as I have attempted to refund sooner, because the website not loading correctly was not something I could control. In addition, I never used the website, nor did I publish it anywhere.

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
