Full Refund

Hi,
I cancelled my subscription 24 hours later and I’m expecting to get a full refund, however it doesn’t look like I get fully refunded.
Can you please help?

Sure thing; it looks like it kept the credit for a pending domain transfer, but since that failed I was able to refund that for you as well.
