I purchased a subscription plan but then changed my mind within a few hours and tried to cancel all plans. I think it worked but I did not get a full refund (30 dollars instead of 48 dollars) – can you help me with this?

I can see that a full refund has been processed https://wordpress.com/me/purchased.
It may be the case that it will appear as two separate parts and it should appear within 10 days of the refund date on the statement.

I’m very sorry for the trouble I’m causing!I am new to wordpress and thought I wanted to delete my account – now I see it was a mistake and would like to reopen it the way it was. Is this possible? And do I need to post this at another place? I have no idea how to contact the actual costumer support.

The account that was deleted was brotzeitbuddy.com and afterwards, my account was immediately changed to brotzeitbuddy.wordpress.com (which is still up) -
