full refund

    hey how are you !
    i bought a plan and i believe i have 14 days to try it and i can refund the full amount in 14 days , why i got just like 50% of the amount !

    Thanks for writing to us. I can confirm we have sent C$67.80 back to you. That is the refund for your hosting plan.

    The remainder of that amount is for your domain registration. Domains are only refundable for 48 hours. You still own this domain and can use it here, or point it to another provider. Would you like help with those options?
