Full Refund

    I would like a full refund on my purchase please. Within minutes I realised WordPress was not fit for my purpose, after paying £32.40. However I have only been refunded £20.40. Please can you issue the missing £12.00, as I am not paying for any service here.

    The £12.00 you mentioned is for the domain registration of beebrandeddesign.com. If you no longer want the domain, you can cancel it and receive a refund. You can do this by visiting https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/beebrandeddesign.wordpress.com/23085338

    However, if you’re considering using this domain elsewhere, you might want to keep it. You can easily point it to or transfer it to a different service if you have other plans for your online presence.
