Full Refund for Cancel Upgrade

  I cancelled the videopress upgrade on May 26, 2014 before the 14 day-trial period was over. Yet on May 27, 2014 I was charged $60. The amount is still pending in my account. I just want to make sure I won’t be fully charged.
