Full refund for my upgrade renewal cancellation modlook

My domain upgrade for “nicobellacrochet.com” is expiring in October 2015 and I don’t need to renew it.
I have already been charged for the next one-year period, one month before the expiration of the current one.
After I cancelled the upgrade renewal I have been refunded only partially for the “private registration” but not for the “domain registration” nor for the “domain mapping”.
I need my FULL refund.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. My name is Esther. I had an old account under this email on per this account/post. I have been trying to contact someone on the 1-877 number to find out how and why I was charged $99 for an upgrade 1. I no longer have active to this email/account, two and most importantly, something I did not ASK FOR AN UPGRADE. I have left an email message for Customer support and if I do not get a FULL REFUND and answer within the next 24-48 hours, I will be filing a police report with the San Francisco Police Department. I am angry with the communications with Word Press and lack of thereof. I understand it is a volunteer work force and you cannot afford a customer service team, but you cannot take and or deal with people’s monies and not be accountable or accessible. This is the main reason why I am thinking about not staying a word press consumer/customer. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR MY NEW EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER FOR IMMEDIATE CONTACT! :(
