Full refund of money from personal plan

    I want a full refund of my money from the personal plan in wordpress.com.

    Tell me what should I do. I checked the cancel subscriptions and refund options but saw that only INR 1740 will refund. But I need a full refund as I have just bought the plan, which is within the limit of expire date.

    Hi,

    Purchases made on WordPress.com can be cancelled and refunded during the refund period.

    As you have mentioned that you have already received partial refund. Please note that, after processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    @nirvedaodisha,

    The reason you’re not seeing the full refund option is because you bought a domain transfer as part of the plan, and that transfer is already pending, so it cannot be cancelled any more from our side.

    Please contact your current domain provider as soon as possible to request that they cancel it on their end. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to remove the domain transfer upgrade on our end, and then you should be able to receive the full refund when you cancel.
