full refund request

    I asked for a refund but I only got $13.50 however, I paid $93.50. I purchased the site name for 2022 yesterday and when I was told to pay extra to fix my site and that I only could fix it via WordPress tech support and wanted a refund and was treated poorly on that call.. I would like to put in a complaint and ask for a full refund not only for unsatisfactory assistance, but outright apathetic approach by the representative yesterday. He refused to help me get a refund and was pushing me to pay for an additional service I was unwilling to do. A professional assistance on a full refund request would be gratefully appreciated.
