Full Refund Requested, $22 Issued
-
Hello,
I emailed support requesting a full $48 refund including the domain name due to dissatisfaction with the site. They claimed it was not possible to give the domain portion- with which I referenced people on support who have in fact received refunds after.
Anyways, the support person emailed back and said they issued a $22 refund as requested! I NEVER requested a refund of anything except a full $48 refund. Please give me my FULL refund as requested or somehow cancel whatever refund this email support person issued without my consent- I am not wasting $22.

I am very well aware of the refund policy, although after purchasing the protect- let me simplify the points.
1) When registering for the plan WordPress does not elaborate on the price of the domain registration you cover if you choose to refund, wording it to make it sound like it’s a small amount, which is dishonest- the price is more than half the full price of the plan.
2) WordPress has in fact processed refunds for domain registrations for unsatisifed customers AFTER to the 48 hours despite the general policy.
3) A $22 refund for my plan was processed which I NEVER authorized. I specifically asked for a FULL $48 refund, nothing else.
My request: Either give me the full $48 refunded amount OR stop the unauthorized $22 refund and let me keep my entire WordPress personal plan.

We are not able to refund the domain at this point. We will help you get your plan back, though, and will email with more details.
