Full Screen Editor Issue

I am experiencing an issue with the new editor. How can I post a screenshot of the problem?
I would appreciate it if you could look into it.

Here’s the guide for creating and sharing a screenshot: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
An alternative is to use the free http://snag.gy/ service. After you’ve created the screenshot there, you’re given a link that you can include in a forum post.

Thanks. To clarify, are you starting in smaller screen mode, opening the editor, and then going into full screen mode?
Or are you opening the editor from full screen mode?
If you wouldn’t mind trying both and letting us know whether there’s any difference between the two methods, that would be great.

Thanks for providing your details for Staff. Please be patient while waiting for their response.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I start in small screen than go into full screen when I open the editor.
I start in fullscreen mode and it works as normal for the first few minutes. Then, I experience the same problem again.

Sorry to post again, but I discovered that this happens when I click the explain button for grammatical errors. The window comes up, but does not display anything. I click out of the menu and I experience the same issue from the screenshot above.

Ah, so it’s basically happening when you close a pop-up window? Do you get the same thing if you click the question mark?

Thank you. I’ve reported this and will let you know what I find out. You can make the error go away in the meantime by refreshing and clicking “reload” to get the latest version of your post (though saving to drafts in the meantime is always a good idea.)
