Full site editing themes and Google fonts

Is there a way to use the fonts I can see in classic themes in the new full site editing themes?

I consider replacing my current theme with a new theme, a full site editing one, and created a test (free) site to check the customization options.

In the typography section of the full site editor, I can find list of fonts, but no google fonts. All the available font are not supported in Hebrew, which I use in my site.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hey there,

Happy to help you with this.

As far as I know, yes – but I’d like to double check before making any theme changes.

Can you tell me the theme and the font you’re looking at please? I can take a closer look and provide a definitive answer.

    Many thanks!

Thank you, @aleone89. See for example the Twenty Twenty-Three theme. There are no Google fonts in the editor (e.g. Amatic, which I use in my site now). All the available fonts do not support Hebrew. It’s like I have only 3 options for fonts.

  • Hi there,

Which site is this for? I see you have a few on your account. I visited nekudott.com but it is using the Apostrophe theme, so are you referring to one of the other sites on your account? Also can you share a URL to the page you are on when you are viewing your font settings? We’d like to try and visit the same page and confirm we also see the fonts you see.

    Thanks for the additional info!
