FULL size image overkill

  Many of my pictures have turned into full-size images instead of medium – way too big for my page – this seems to have happened of it’s own accord today – I have had to go into html & change each one manually – a horrible job – what can I do – I changed from blogger to you & you have been fantastic. Please help
