Full upgrade if already paid for part of upgrade

  Hello

  I would like to know whether it is possible to upgrade to the full Premium plan for a lower price if I have already paid for some of the features, eg domain & custom design?

  Hi Ian,

  I see that you already purchased the domain recently, so if you’ll purchase the Premium plan I’d be happy to associate the domain with that Premium plan and refund the cost of the domain registration.

  Hi Ian,

  Custom Design used to be a separate upgrade. We’ve not removed it from anyone who purchased it separately previously, but as of September 1st its now only part of the Premium plan:

  The link you provided is from the previous, separate offering on store.wordpress.com — it references the theme showcase. Would you please let me know where you clicked to that from so I can have the link within the Theme Showcase adjusted?

  I’ve refunded a portion of the Premium plan, the amount of your recent domain registration.

  It may take about a week before you see that refund on a bank statement, but you can view it in your billing history here:
