Full width page template won't apply to blog page

  Hi everyone!

  I have to preface this with I’m not a coding whiz. My website is super basic, so I’m surprised I’m having this issue!

  My blog is in the Motif theme. The blog page of my portfolio won’t go into the full width page template, even though when I look at the page attributes it says it’s in the full width page template. I haven’t had issues changing any of my other pages from default to the full width page template.
