full width vs wide width
-
I had everything on the site set to the full width of the screen. Somehow it has defaulted to the middle width option and I cannot change it back. Once I go into edit it still shows up as the full width , however once I view site it shows up in the center only. How do I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
There is a bunch of sites under your account, could you please confirm the address of the site where the issue appears?
If you are using an older theme, it may not have support for full-width images.

Hello, I’m sorry for not being clearer. I’m asking about this domain—yogainstructor932728476.wordpress.com. I am using the Dyad 2 theme on the homepage and Alves on the other pages. Its Alves that i’m having a problem with. I did have it set to full width somehow, through grouping of blocks I think. Then one day I uploaded a few pictures in my gallery , and everything changed. I do not have the full-width template option in this theme, though it was working fine before somehow.
Thank you for any advice.

Hi there,
I am using the Dyad 2 theme on the homepage and Alves on the other pages.
The only theme active on your site is Dyad 2. The Home page on your site listed as an Alves page is the default home page that was created on your site when you had previously activated the Alves theme, but the moment you switched to Dyad, that page also switched to that theme. It still contains the default Alves page content, but the styling is Dyad.
Dyad doesn’t support the Full Width alignment option available in the block editor, so the way the content is appearing in your posts and pages are normal for this particular theme.
You can find details on how this theme works here:

Hello again, Is it possible that I could input some CSS to get max width on the dyad 2 theme?

You should be able to make the content column on your site wider using custom CSS, but that would require our premium plan. I also cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to help you with the code to do that – that would depend on how complex making the change is for this particular theme.
