Full width with theme Superhero?

http://theme.wordpress.com/ click on “find a theme” and then click on “subject and select photography, photoblogging, or portfolios and then click on “columns” and select one column.
In superhero, pages can be full width (no sidebar), but post related pages have a sidebar. To set normal pages to full width, open the post in the editor and select “full width” or “no sidebar” from the page template pulldown in the attributes module.
To remove the sidebar from post related pages would require the Custom Design upgrade and some changes to the CSS. Here is the problem though: It does not appear that there is a way to override the image size of featured images. The featured image width is set in the theme PHP script files,and we cannot modify them, so if you remove the sidebar, the text will go over into that area, but the featured image will stay the same width as it is.

Thank´s for accurate advice. I quit the theme Super Hero and changed to a simple Chateau and have now updated most of the pages with minimum losses. This is a theme that works easy and is readable. Though I did not get full width. I will study theme Full Frame more because photos look bold, but again the demo is somewhat miserable. Has someone used Full Frame?
