  Hi there – does anyone know if you have the premium word press website plan:
  – whether people can actually book appointment slots via a calendar showing your availability to provide a service
  – whether you can get visitors to the website to tick an “opt in” box (ie can this box be added to premium websites, so people can tick it and give you their email address to opt in to marketing info)?

  While it’s possible to embed a Google Calendar onto a WordPress.com site, a booking system would need to be added using custom plugins (supported on the Business plan):

  whether you can get visitors to the website to tick an “opt in” box (ie can this box be added to premium websites, so people can tick it and give you their email address to opt in to marketing info)?

  The Follow Blog Widget gives visitors the opportunity to sign up to receive your posts by email, but it doesn’t include custom opt in options for marking emails etc — this is another feature would need to be added with custom plugins.
