Functionality problems – is WordPress down?

  Click on notification button (the bell) and endless circling, no response

  Click on Write (the +) and can’t start post

  Dashboard populating with blank spaces

  This is on laptop — my phone isn’t accessing dashboard?

  Last time I logged on was 2 weeks ago. Did something change?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
