    Your remark is not very clear to us. To be able to eventually help you we need more information as: who did you transfer money to and why. Once we have that information, we’ll be able to help you or point you in the right direction for further help.

    Hi @grandhr – I do see a purchase attempt. This is out of our hands. Please contact the bank to get help with this at your next earliest convenience. It’s possible, for example, that they have blocked certain online transactions for your safety. They’ll be able to help.
