  Good day….i initiated a refund on my word press account on the domain name I bought… I misspelled the word..
  It’s more than four days and I haven’t gotten back the money.. Or is they a way I could update the name

  A refund can take up to 10 business days but some banks do need a lot more of time.

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund on 26 August. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system, but as @staartmees indicated, this can take up to ten business days, so I’d give this some more time.

  If you do follow up with your bank, and they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
