Funds refund

  I talked to my bank and they insisted I send a mail to the merchant (wordpress) directly.. Stating my transaction details and them acknowledging that a refund was processed.. I need the email I could send so they confirm that the refund was processed..thank you

  You can find the refund’s transaction ID in the refund receipt. Here’s a direct link to that receipt:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/49065956

  You can send all that information to your bank and they’ll be able to locate the refund for you.
